Release of mini-Gamma Sensors

Today SemeaTech is pleased to announce the release of mini-Gamma sensor developed for compact digital devices such as smart phones, smart watches and other wearable devices. This sensor uses a 4x4x8mm Cesium Iodine (CsI) scintillator as the detection component. The CsI along with a PIN diode and a high sensitive preamplifier are encapsulated into a 17x12x7mm metal enclosure.
